The Micro HF is a charger incorporating the latest high frequency technology. Micro HF brings the following benefits to the customer:

• The very high efficiency more than 85% compared to 60% of standard taper chargers, leads to a significant reduction of costs, because less energy is consumed for each charge.
• Reduced weigt and volume.
• Reduced charging time leads to reduced electricity bills, reduced water consumption, reduced battery maintenance and improved battery life.
• The recharge profile is not influenced by Mains fluctuation or depth of discharge.
• Wall fixing.
• Inaudible working.
• Automatic operation.
• Suitable for standard lead acid/gelled batteries

Micro HF is als volgt ontworpen:

• IUIa Recharge profile.
• Microprocessor gecontroleerd PC board.
• Automatische start na 8 seconden vertraging.
• Programmeerbaar voor delay charging.
• Aanpassingsmogelijkheiden: Gassing Voltage en Laad factor.
• De Micro HF bepaalt zelf het amperage/uur dat nodig is en levert dus de batterij alleen maar de juiste hoeveelheid ampere per uur.
• Equalising charge.
• Compensatie laden.
• Dubbele veiligheidstimer.
• Fout indicatie.

De unit heeft een zelf diagnosesysteem in de volgende gevallen:

• Geen batterij aangesloten detectie.
• Overlaad detectie.
• AC input fout.
• Omgekeerde polariteit.
• Oververhitting.

Bescherming:

Overall laad tijd: Overall charge control is achieved by well proven security timers based on a 8h Bulk Timer and 6h Completion Timer, both causing the charger to shut down.

Batterij niet aangesloten: When disconnected from the battery before the end of charging or without pushing the stop switch, charger is automatically isolated from the Mains.

Oververhittings beveiliging: When PCB's max operating temperature is exceeded, the unit is stopped until when it decreases to a suitable rate. When temperature alert is over, charger restores its normal working. Several temperature alert interventions will indictate a problem of ventilation (i.e. Fan out fo order) or incorrect usage: in this case, charge goes to Fault condition.

Compensatie laden: Overdischarged detection is activated in the Maintenance Charge. This faulty condition is due to battery self-consumtion or some cells out of order.
